Resetting/Forgot Your Password:

If you don't remember your password, or you are not sure if you are already registered, please go to our Member Account login page and click on the "Forgot Password" link
Enter your email address and click submit.
- If your email is on file, you will receive a successful message stating that your password will be emailed to you shortly.
- To ensure that you receive our email in your inbox, please add info@livingwd.org to your safe list. Check your spam folder if you do not receive the email in your inbox.
- If the system does not recognize your email address, I.E you do not receive an email, your email is not on file, and you are not set up. Please follow the steps below.

Member Account Setup Instructions:

If you do not have the correct email and password, or are experiencing other issues logging into your account, we offer two ways for you to setup your account:

Please Register On-line to access your personal member account page.
Please allow 48 hours for your online registration to be process.

Your Member Login information is sent by email to your personal email address on file at the church. If the ministry does not have your email, or your email needs to be updated, or you have not received an email from the ministry, please contact Living Word Connect at 708-697-6190 or email livingwordconnect@livingwd.org
Provide Living Word Connect with your correct information.
Let them know you would like to be setup to access your Member Account information online.

An email will be sent to you containing a secure, system-generated password and your member ID#.
Your password will only be known and seen by you.
If you do not receive an email with your login information, please contact Living Word Connect at 708-697-6190 or email livingwordconnect@livingwd.org.
You can access your account information with your:

Email address
Member ID and Password
